The project focuses on a comprehensive approach in workplace education and consists of five  activities.

Primary research

The partners have conducted a cross-country primary research on the practice of workplace design and management in the countries of the partners, covering 200, mainly middle-size and large European companies. The survey data collection took place between December 2019 and September 2020. The survey has investigated the practice of European companies in relation to the elements of the workplace management framework produced in this project. The results reveal inter alia what are the priorities of respondents when designing their workplaces, who are the internal and external partners that participate in workplace design, which services are outsourced in the present or they intend to outsource in the future, what role technology plays in workplaces or how the performance of workplaces are measured. In addition to the results by topic, the research report will also point out some country-wise differences. The research report is available here from the end of the project.

Literature review.

In order to lay the foundation for the course as well as for the primary research, a review of the scientific literature related to the topics covered by each module was conducted. The results of this activity are incorporated in the course modules.
